Working Together
Can I Work For You?

The short answer is yes. Get in touch.

Sometimes people arrive here after seeing a system I have built or a project I have worked on.

Most of the work I do falls into three areas: fixing broken digital systems, building tools businesses actually need, and removing friction between customers and sales.

Why companies usually call me

Businesses often go looking for the narrow:

a web developer, a marketer, or a database admin.

The problem is they each tend to work in their own cube. Worse, they leave the staff who use the systems out of the equation.

If staff hate it, they won't use it. If your customers hate it, they won't come back.

Marketing generates interest, but the processes behind it let everything down. Speed of service suffers. Customer service suffers. And quickly, the new customers you worked hard to acquire go elsewhere.

You want and need to grow, but everyone is working "as hard as they can", because nobody has time to stand back and look at the processes or mechanisms.

Sometimes you need a more holistic approach.

But you always need to see it from the human perspective: the person using the system, the customer on the other end of it.

Budget is always a conversation. I have spent most of my career finding ways to make things work without much of one. The impossible I can do in next to no time. Miracles take a little longer.

  • data exists but nobody can use it
  • software does not match the real workflow
  • marketing and sales are disconnected
  • processes have grown messy over time
  • staff are fighting systems

My job is to step back, understand the real problem, and build the system that fixes it.

Examples of problems solved

Affordability Tool

Created a finance affordability slider that helped customers understand what motorcycles they could realistically purchase.

This removed a major psychological barrier to entering the buying process.

Wholesale Ordering Platform

Built a dealer ecommerce platform from scratch serving over 150 dealer accounts.

The system grew into a wholesale platform generating more than $750,000 annually.

VIN & Parts Systems

Developed tools linking VIN numbers to models and compatible parts.

Reduced incorrect parts orders and dramatically improved lookup speed for staff.

RelicTag

A QR based cataloguing system designed for collectors and detectorists to label physical finds and link them to digital records.

If you think I might be useful

I am based in Bournemouth in the UK, but most of my work has been done remotely across multiple countries and time zones.

If nothing else, I am usually happy to have a conversation about the problem you are trying to solve.
