Drag and Drop Image Resizer

Drop it on, get it right back in your downloads folder

How to use this tool

1. Choose whether to constrain by Width or Height
2. Drag the slider to set your target size in pixels
3. Drag image files onto the drop zone below
4. Or click the drop zone to browse and pick files
5. Files are processed entirely in your browser, nothing is uploaded
6. Resized JPGs download automatically to your downloads folder
7. Each file is named resized_originalname.jpg
8. Drop up to 20 files at a time to keep things smooth
Good to know: You only constrain one dimension. Pick Width or Height, set the slider, and the other dimension scales automatically to keep your image in proportion. PNG and WebP files are converted to JPG. AVIF files are also converted to JPG, but only in browsers that can read AVIF natively (Chrome, Edge, and recent versions of Firefox and Safari). Up to 20 files at a time is the suggested limit to avoid slowing your browser down.
